The Second Amendment and Gun Bans Restrictions Permits

We are hearing lots of talk about renewing gun bans and requiring more registrations and or permits to have a gun or the even complete repeal of the Second Amendment all together.   I truly believe that with Obama all of the above will be attempted pretty much in that order.

QUESTIONS:

Do you know that placing restrictions on the Second Amendment is unconstitutional? 

What part of "...shall not be infringed." do people not understand?

Even four of our Supreme Court justices fail to understand that part. 

Well if I need a permit to have a gun then I want to see your permit for Freedom of Speech!

I want to see the news medias Free Press Permit!  How about your Worship Permit? Do you have one?  I want to revoke the permits of those that don't properly exercise their Speech or Press rights or Worship in Churches that advocate violence and/or terrorism.

Of course this would never be allowed to stand, but Liberals talk about how nice it would be to place restrictions on the Second Amendment and require that you get a permit to exercise your Second Amendment rights.

My rights are MY RIGHTS!!!! I do not need a stinking permit to claim my rights!

Our Liberties are protected by three boxes:

• The Ballot Box
• The Jury Box
• The Cartridge Box

I'm afraid we've been failing at the first two boxes. 

More reasons to protect the Second Amendment.
